Our Agency is established to assist individuals with special needs to select the best appropriate services that they need to access their communities.
Our team really understands the challenges that family members are facing every day to care for a loved one with intellectual and developmental disability. That’s why we thrive to regularly monitor our consumers’ ISP and Medicaid eligibility to ensure their services are effectively maintained and provided in accordance with their ISPs, so that they can build confidence and enhance quality of life through support network.

Direct support to assist a group of 2-6 individuals in educational, enrichment, or recreational activities.
